PropEdgeTools Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all giveaways organized by Belodot, trading as PropEdgeTools, unless different or additional terms are stated on an individual giveaway page.

By entering a giveaway, you agree to these Terms and any giveaway-specific rules.

1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, participants must:
– Be at least 18 years old;
– Reside in a country or jurisdiction where participation is permitted;
– Complete all required entry actions;
– Meet the eligibility requirements of the partner providing the prize.

Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. PropEdgeTools may exclude jurisdictions where legal, regulatory, partner, or prize restrictions prevent participation.

2. How to Enter

The required entry actions and entry period will be displayed on the individual giveaway page.

Requirements may include joining the PropEdgeTools Discord, following PropEdgeTools on at least one designated social media platform, and completing an entry form.

Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.

All required actions must be completed before the giveaway closes.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Purchasing a product, using a PropEdgeTools affiliate link, or using a PROPEDGE discount code does not increase your chance of winning.

Any deals or discount codes displayed alongside a giveaway are separate from the giveaway itself.

4. Giveaway Details

Each giveaway will specify the relevant details, including where applicable:
– Prize and number of winners;
– Economic or retail value of the prize;
– Start and closing date;
– Closing time and time zone;
– Winner-selection or draw date;
– Entry requirements;
– Eligible or excluded jurisdictions;
– Claim deadline;
– Any additional partner requirements.

These details form part of these Terms.

5. Prizes

Prizes will be described on the relevant giveaway page.

For trading-related prizes, the advertised account size does not necessarily represent the monetary value of the prize. For example, a $100,000 trading challenge is not a $100,000 cash prize.

Unless otherwise stated, prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted at the winner’s request.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, an equivalent or reasonably comparable alternative may be provided where permitted by law.

6. Partner Requirements

Some prizes are supplied or fulfilled by third-party partners.

Winners must meet the relevant partner’s eligibility and account requirements, which may include country restrictions, age requirements, identity verification, existing-customer restrictions, and other conditions.

Winning a giveaway does not override a partner’s Terms & Conditions.

If a selected winner cannot receive the prize because they do not meet the applicable requirements, another eligible winner may be selected.

7. Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected randomly and impartially from all valid and eligible entries.

PropEdgeTools may use third-party giveaway software or another impartial random-selection method.

Every valid entry included in a random draw has an equal chance of selection.

PropEdgeTools may verify all required entry actions before confirming a winner.

8. Winner Verification

A selected participant is considered a potential winner until their entry and eligibility have been verified.

PropEdgeTools may reasonably verify information such as:
– Name and email address;
– Age and country eligibility;
– Discord membership;
– Required social-media actions;
– Original giveaway entry;
– Partner eligibility.

Failure to satisfy the applicable requirements may result in disqualification.

9. Winner Announcements

Winners may be announced through the official PropEdgeTools Discord, social media channels, website, giveaway page, or direct communication.

Participants are responsible for monitoring the relevant channels after a giveaway has ended.

PropEdgeTools may publish limited winner information, such as a first name, username, or social-media handle, where permitted by applicable privacy laws.

10. Claiming a Prize

Selected winners must follow the instructions provided by PropEdgeTools and claim their prize within the stated deadline.

A winner may be required to provide their name, email address, Discord username, giveaway details, claim code, and other information reasonably necessary for verification.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond before the deadline, cannot be verified, is ineligible, refuses the prize, or violates these Terms, PropEdgeTools may select another eligible winner.

11. Prize Delivery

Following successful verification, prizes may be delivered directly by PropEdgeTools or by the partner providing the prize.

Delivery times and methods may vary depending on the prize and partner.

Where fulfillment is controlled by a third-party partner, PropEdgeTools will reasonably assist the winner but cannot control processing times outside our reasonable control.

12. Trading-Related Prizes

Winning a prop firm challenge, futures evaluation, simulated funded account, trading subscription, software license, or other trading-related prize does not guarantee:
– Successful completion of an evaluation;
– A funded account;
– Trading profits;
– Payouts or withdrawals;
– Any financial return.

Winners remain responsible for complying with the relevant provider’s rules.

Nothing associated with a giveaway constitutes financial or investment advice.

13. Fraud & Disqualification

PropEdgeTools may reject or disqualify entries involving:
– Multiple prohibited entries;
– Fake or duplicate accounts;
– Bots or automated participation;
– False information;
– Manipulation of entry requirements;
– Fraud or impersonation;
– Attempts to manipulate winner selection.

PropEdgeTools may request reasonable evidence to verify an entry.

14. Privacy

Personal information may be processed to administer giveaways, verify participants, select and contact winners, prevent fraud, process claims, and deliver prizes.

Where necessary to deliver a prize, relevant winner information may be shared with the partner providing the prize.

Personal data will otherwise be handled in accordance with the PropEdgeTools Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Marketing communications will only be sent where there is an appropriate legal basis or valid consent where required.

15. Security

PropEdgeTools will never require winners to provide passwords, full payment-card information, crypto seed phrases, private keys, or trading-account passwords to claim a prize.

PropEdgeTools will not require a winner to make a payment simply to release a legitimate giveaway prize.

Always verify suspicious winner notifications through official PropEdgeTools channels.

16. Social Media & Third Parties

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PropEdgeTools giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord, Instagram, X, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or other third-party platforms used to promote them.

Participants must comply with the applicable rules of those platforms.

17. Changes or Cancellation

PropEdgeTools may suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel a giveaway where circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fair or lawful administration, including fraud, technical failures, security incidents, partner withdrawal, prize unavailability, or legal requirements.

The material rules of an active giveaway will not be changed to the disadvantage of existing participants where prohibited by applicable law.

18. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any personal tax or reporting obligations arising from receiving a prize unless applicable law places those obligations on PropEdgeTools or another party.

PropEdgeTools will comply with any reporting, withholding, or tax obligations legally imposed on the organizer.

19. Liability

PropEdgeTools will use reasonable care when administering giveaways.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PropEdgeTools is not responsible for losses, delays, technical failures, third-party outages, or partner actions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. International Participation

PropEdgeTools is operated from the Netherlands, but certain giveaways may be made available internationally.

International availability does not mean that every giveaway is available in every jurisdiction.

Participation is void where the giveaway or prize is prohibited or where applicable legal or regulatory requirements have not been satisfied.

Mandatory local laws and protections that cannot legally be excluded continue to apply.

22. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Dutch law, without excluding mandatory rights participants may have under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Where a giveaway qualifies as a promotional game of chance under Dutch law, PropEdgeTools intends to conduct it in accordance with applicable Dutch requirements, including the Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen where applicable.

23. Giveaway-Specific Rules

Individual giveaways may have additional rules covering matters such as eligibility, dates, prizes, winner selection, claim deadlines, and partner restrictions.

These specific rules form part of these Terms and apply to the relevant giveaway.

If a specific giveaway rule conflicts with these general Terms, the giveaway-specific rule will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Acceptance

By entering a PropEdgeTools giveaway, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the applicable giveaway-specific rules.

By claiming a prize, you also confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you remain eligible to receive the prize.
